Candy Scam?!?!

I tried to buy candy with my own money that I saved up for 9 months with chores when I finally had enough for candy. I bought one that was 29.99, when I got it, it said that there was an error, so I tried again and it said I had insufficient funds for it. I look at my iTunes account and see I only have 18.27 dollars in my iTunes after getting 50.00 iTunes cards?!?! I didnt even get my candy! Nexon, this is honestly really annoying because I was looking forward to getting the candy a lot! If I dont get my candy by the 13th, I would like my money back! Thank you.
